For Players

How do I upload my highlight videos?
After creating your profile, go to your dashboard and click "Add Video". You can upload MP4, MOV, or WebM files up to 500MB (1GB for Pro/Elite). You can also paste YouTube or Vimeo links.
Can I see who viewed my profile?
Yes! Pro and Elite members can see who viewed their profile, including the viewer's role (scout, club, agent) and location.
How do I get more profile views?
Complete your profile 100%, upload quality highlight videos, and keep your information updated. Pro/Elite members get priority placement in search results.

For Clubs & Scouts

How do I search for players?
Use our advanced search filters to find players by position, age, location, playing style, and physical attributes. Save searches and create watchlists to track players over time.
Are player profiles verified?
We verify player identities and key information where possible. Look for the verification badge on profiles. For under-18 players, we also verify parental consent.
Can I message players directly?
Yes! Club and scout accounts can message players directly through our platform. All communications are logged for safety.

Pricing & Billing

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
Do you offer discounts for academies?

How do you protect youth players?
Users under 18 require parental consent. All messaging is monitored, and we verify the identity of clubs, scouts, and agents before they can contact youth players.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, are GDPR compliant, and never sell your data. You control who can see your profile and contact you.
How do I report suspicious activity?
Use the "Report" button on any profile or message, or email safety@clublogic.io. We investigate all reports within 24 hours.
